TCE-5100 collector is applied in AMI system connecting with electrical meter with RS485 lines. It collects meter data via RS485, and transmits the data to concentrator via PLC, thus achieve the AMI function on RS485 electrical meter. TCE-5100 collector can be installed in RS485 meter box indoor or outdoor.
The collector upstream communicates with AMI/Vending system via GPRS/GSM or Ethernet in Smart Metering Architecture, for remote meter reading, vending, and demand management.
